Rainbow Color Reader
An inexpensive but useful tool for the visually impaired to determine the color of clothes, papers, or other items.

The Rainbow Color Reader speaks all the colors of the Rainbow!

Colors:

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue-Green, Blue, Purple, Pink


Plus: White, Black, Gray, Brown, Light, Dark

Instructions for Use

A. Firmly place an article flat against the plastic window at the end of the Rainbow Color Reader.

B. Then press the button on the top of the Rainbow Color Reader.

C. Hold down the button until the color speaks

Do’s and Don'ts

A. Make sure the object is held firmly against the window when the button is pressed.

B. If the object is thin or shiny, then double the fabric or paper.

C. If more than one color is present, then a compromise color may be read

D. If the speech is slow or does not read, then two AA batteries may need to be replaced from the back of the unit.

E. Do not drop in Water.

F. Do not pull the electronics out of the unit.
